I bought this thinking it would be a normal-sized cup for my morning coffee, but of course it turned out to be tiny. It feels like the site made it seem like it would hold more than it actually does, and now I’m stuck with a cup that just isn’t practical for me. Frustrating, because I really thought this would work. Definitely disappointed and I wouldn’t buy it again

The cup is fine when it actually decides to charge, but that’s the whole problem. I’ll plug it in at night, it shows that it’s charging, and then by morning it’s still low or completely dead. I’ve tried different outlets and plugs, and it still acts random. For the price, I really expected not to have to keep messing with it. It’s not totally useless, but it’s frustrating.

I bought this mainly so I could bring coffee with me to work, but it’s a bit awkward to haul around. It’s chunky in my bag, and it doesn’t really sit right in my car cup holder, which is annoying.
It does keep my coffee warm enough, so I can’t really complain about that part. But if I’m talking straight, the shape and size just make it not very practical for everyday carrying.
I also keep worrying it’s going to tip over or spill, so most days I just leave it at home. It’s not awful or anything, it just didn’t work out for what I needed.

My box showed up a bit later than expected, but everything arrived in good shape. Overall, the shipping was fine, and I’d still order from them again...

The lid broke way faster than I expected. It feels kinda flimsy overall, like some cheap little piece of junk. Super annoying

It looks fine and feels decent, but my coffee cools down way faster than I expected. The product page made it sound like some big heat-retention deal, but you know how those polished descriptions go. It’s not terrible, and I’m still using it, but for a thermacup I definitely thought it would keep my coffee hot longer. Kind of a letdown

I mean, the cup itself is okay. It does what it’s supposed to do, I guess. But the lid is kind of annoying. It leaks more than I expected, and it just feels a little cheap when you put it on. I wouldn’t really trust it for travel or tossing in a bag or anything like that.

I got my cup from thermacup.com, cleaning it hasn’t been a hassle. The lid comes apart enough that I can rinse everything out well. No weird smell so far either. Nice bonus. I’m giving it 4 stars because the seal area does need a little extra scrubbing, but nothing too annoying

I emailed twice about my order and it took a while to get a reply. When they finally responded, it felt like a copy-paste answer and didn’t really answer what I was asking. The cup itself is fine, but dealing with support was frustrating, and I felt kind of pressured to just accept it and move on.

I kind of like this mug, but also I’m a little disappointed with it. It feels decent and looks good, so in that sense I don’t regret getting it. But my coffee definitely got cold faster than I expected, which is the main thing I needed it for. It’s not terrible, but it also doesn’t really keep drinks hot for long.

I used to be able to use it for a decent amount of time, but now the battery dies really quickly. Because it runs out so fast, I have to keep charging it, which gets frustrating.

I bought this to use for work, but it ended up leaking in my bag twice. The lid just doesn’t seem to seal properly, which is really frustrating because it feels like such a preventable issue.
